What's a good career for someone with an International Studies degree(minor in BA)?

I graduate next year, and I want to know what I'm getting into. I have some international experience(year in Iraq, 3yrs US Army), and I understand basic Arabic. I'm looking for a job that allows me travel. Also, it's a plus if the job is high-risk( I like excitement!!)
