What's it like working in a strip club (as, say, a bartender)?

There are some job openings in my area and I'm curious as to what kind of bosses/co-workers are found in strip clubs. I'm not talking about being a dancer or anything like that; I'm talking about being security or a bartender. Are the people that typically work at strip clubs *ssholes, or are they generally pretty chill? What other factors are there that I haven't considered? Anyone who's worked at a club or know someone who has that has any input for me? Thanks!
