What's the best place to work at: Hollister, American Eagle, or Abercrombie and Fitch?

Hey y'all. I'm a 17-year-old student looking for a job right now and the Hollister, American Eagle, and Abercrombie and Fitch stores in my mall are all hiring right now. Since I love all these stores, I was just wondering if anyone has any advice about which would be the best store to work at. What kind of qualifications are required? How are the pay and hours? What does the job require? And overall, is it enjoyable? Any advice or information would be much appreciated. Thanks!
