what's the best way to land a sales job with realistic OTC?

employers promise realistic earnings, then it turns out no sales person is even on 50% of target, as targets are out of blue and thus no chance for promised earnings.



i highlight - sales people hardly reach 30% of sales targets at my workplace, is this normal ?



if i wnt to change jobs and recruiters ask me about my achievements, can i tell them truth that i made 20% of target?
