I sit near a coworker who doesn't have a problem with burping loudly and not holding back at all. He will just let it rip, not hold back at all and then say quietly, ';excuse me';. This has gotten under my skin and I feel like screaming at him, I find it so gross to have to sit and listen to it all day everyday. He is also the most annoying person to work with ever. He joins in on every conversation in the office, personal or work related and no matter where you are he just suddenly shows up. He has long, loud personal phone calls that will go on for 20 mins or more, usually someone ends up emailing him and telling him to take the outside.
Would it be rude to point out that personal noises should be kept to yourself? Excuse me doesn't mean you can just let it rip and then you are ok once you say excuse me.
